Alexandra Jones
YOGA. MEDITATION. RELAXATION.
Alexandra began practicing yoga in 1999. She soon discovered the life enhancing benefits that yoga provides. Alexandra gained so much from yoga, that she decided to change career and train as a Yoga Teacher so that she could introduce others to the benefits of yoga. In 2003, Alexandra joined Rosamund Jordan’s and Marilyn Freedman’s yoga course at Morley College, London, where she qualified as a Yoga Teacher. The course was inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, author of Awakening the Spine.

In her first year of practice, her business was awarded the accolade of Hereford and Worcester Business of the Year by the Prince’s Trust.
