Alexandra began practising yoga in 1999. She soon discovered the life enhancing benefits that yoga provides. Alexandra gained so much from yoga, that she decided to change career and train as a Yoga Teacher, so that she could introduce others to the benefits of yoga. In 2003, Alexandra joined Rosamund Jordan’s and Marilyn Freedman’s yoga course at Morley College, London, where she qualified as a Yoga Teacher. The course was inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, author of Awakening the Spine.
Before training as a yoga teacher, Alexandra worked as a complementary therapist and continues to do so. In her first year of practice her business was awarded the accolade of Hereford and Worcester business of the year by the Prince’s Trust. Alexandra’s interest in Yoga developed from her earlier experiences in complementary health. She now provides a variety of Yoga related services.
Alexandra lives and practices in the Malvern Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty and tranquility.
