I have booked the Woodlands in Herefordshire for 2025 Woodland Yoga and Relaxation retreats and I am delighted to say that Rebecca Gunton who shares Kundalini Yoga will be joining us again in 2025, and thrilled that Angie Latham of Sacred Earth Sound Therapy will be sharing her wonderful and creative sound baths.
