Summer Breathing, Mindfulness and Meditation Mini Retreat with Alexandra Jones at Bevere Gallery Gardens, Worcester

10th August 10:00 am – 1:30 pm

A nature filled meditation, mindfulness and breathing mini-retreat, led by Alexandra Jones of Meridian Yoga, Meditation, and Relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of Bevere Gallery Gardens and Cafe in Worcester.  A morning of breathing, meditation and mindfulness practices weaved to create a nourishing time of connection, to become present, release tension and reset.  A carefully selected and designed range of deeply relaxing meditations, guided release and breathing techniques, where you will learn innovative ways to unwind, reduce stress and learn grounding techniques.  I am positive you will leave refreshed, clearer, balanced and energized.  Open to beginners or those with experience.

“I absolutely loved taking part in the Meridian Mindful Morning Retreat at Bevere Gallery Gardens, Worcester. I had no previous yoga or meditation experience, so I’ll admit to having been a little nervous about doing this sort of thing, but I felt so relaxed and safe in the calm, caring, accepting environment created by Alix, who led the retreat and held space for us all so beautifully.
