“The Yoga of Being Love”
Ludlow, Shropshire1st – 3 rd March 2019
Spring is a time to contemplate the newness that the ever-changing cycles of our lives present to us. It’s a time of renewal that we can connect with and embody. We invite you to join us in this exploration into the new waters of your being, opening in your ever-deepening clear, inspired self. We will reconnect with the beauty and ease of natural flow together, whilst allowing you to release the tensions of a busy life. This retreat will support you to evolve in a safe, nurturing environment so you can immerse yourself in the field of being love whilst replenishing whole heatedly. A time to ground, to re-discover what is vital to you, opening to the beauty of you, witnessing the new potential in you and growing into that newness.
The retreat will provide space, pure space in which you can truly breathe and open, taking time out from every day life so that you can tune into your loving emergence and blossom with new found creativity.
Together we will enjoy nourishing yoga practice, inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, a yoga which grounds, heals and has a strong focus on the breath, intertwined with the movements that release, centre and nurture, developing a stronger connection with the complete self. A journey of deep inner listening.
Situated on the outskirts of historic Ludlow in beautiful Shropshire, our venue is ‘Wandering William’ an ancient farmstead that has been sensitively converted into a beautiful centre. It provides a deliciously comfortable and tranquil environment for our weekend, with its gardens, including a Zen garden and quiet secluded sitting areas, perfect for reflection or immersing your self in nature. There are two comfortable lounges, a roomy open kitchen, and a range of comfortable bedrooms within the barn and the main house.
The yoga hall is a beautiful restored oak barn with large windows looking out over the Zen garden. A perfect space for stretching, exploring and self discovery.
Accommodation is in comfortable 4 star double en-suite (limited number), twin or four-share en-suite rooms, plus the bunk bedroom with gallery mezzanine (sole occupancy). Your stay is fully catered with nutritious meals from dinner on Friday evening to Sunday lunch inclusive. Special diets can be accommodated.
